删除谱提账户Delete your Pullit account

你可以在 App 内直接删除账户；如果无法登录或已经卸载 App，也可以通过邮件提交删除请求。 You can delete your account directly in the app. If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, you can request deletion by email.

在 App 内删除Delete in the app

  1. 打开谱提并登录。Open Pullit and sign in.
  2. 进入“更多”。Open the More screen.
  3. 选择“删除账户”，然后确认。Choose “Delete Account,” then confirm.

通过邮件请求删除Request deletion by email

请使用注册谱提账户的邮箱发送邮件，主题写明“删除谱提账户”。请勿发送密码或验证码。我们可能会要求你完成必要的账户所有权验证。 Email us from the address registered to your Pullit account with the subject “Delete Pullit account.” Never send your password or verification code. We may ask you to complete a necessary ownership check.

将删除哪些数据What will be deleted

账户删除包括你的谱提账户，以及与账户关联的云端食谱、食谱集、膳食计划、购物清单、同步图片和其他用户内容。设备本地数据会在 App 内删除账户或清除 App 数据时移除。 Account deletion covers your Pullit account and associated cloud recipes, cookbooks, meal plans, grocery lists, synced images, and other user content. Local device data is removed when you delete the account in the app or clear the app's data.

我们通常会在 30 天内完成邮件请求。依法必须保留的少量安全、反欺诈或交易记录，可能会在必要期限内保留。 We normally complete email requests within 30 days. Limited security, fraud-prevention, or transaction records may be retained where legally required and only for the necessary period.
